As an educator with less and less time to explore subjects in depth, this book takes one thru the stages of caterpillar to butterfly most reliably and typical of Dr. Seuss, engagingly. It is good for children but adults too. I am amazed at how naive and unknowing too many adults are. Too busy to observe the miracles all around us? I completely recommend this book.

I love my Dragons!

I absolutely love the world of the Dragon Guard that Ms. Julia has created. I have loved every single book, but full length and the novellas. Each member of the dragon Guard is amazing, as well as their mates. I know I claimed Devon as mine, but I’m also going to claim Kellan too. Yes, I’m greedy like that! Blame Julia and her writing!

This is a novella about Hannah and Liam.

Cleland is still around and this time it’s Hannah he is using. Hannah is a white witch, like Kyra.

It’s up to Liam and the other Dragons, Kyra, and Hannah’s sisters to save her.

Liam is a purple dragon.

“The purple Dragons are warriors who represent devotion and royalty. It is the purple dragons who first took the throne of power from those that would’ve seen us destroyed, even before man walked the Earth. The Universe shows favor on her purple-scaled warriors as they delivered her chosen ones from certain death. I was gifted an ARC of this book for an honest review...DELICIOUSLY AWESOME AS USUAL..

This is the 9th book of the Series and each book is so unique with the Dragon Guard characters. This is Liam and Hannah's story.

Liam and Hannah had been having breakfast together for the last few weeks, he is drawn to the mating bond he is feeling with Hannah, yet he doesn't want to push it yet. Hannah is still reeling from the betrayal of her grandfather and what he wanted to do with her, marrying her off to one of his dark minions is not what she had planned for her life. Nor does Liam.
On this morning Liam notices that her eyes glass over for a second, and thinking she is somehow being controlled by Cleland makes his heart race. He can't even reach her through the mating bond ,yet he doesn't say anything, he wants to talk to Melanie and Jace first.

When Cleland tries to use Hannah to gain control over her mate, he wants to control Liam's dragon and be able to call it forth to use for his dark magic. So when Liam begins chanting the spell he remembered from his mother, to be able to connect with his mate and wake her, even if she is under Cleland;s spell, he will rid the demon that has taken over Hannah's body, but at what price?

Julia Mills has once again captured our hearts with Her Dragon's Soul, the ninth release in her spellbinding Dragon Guard Series. I became a diehard fan last year after reading the first book of the series, Her Dragon to Slay and now, like so many others, I anxiously await each new release. I originally read this story when it was first released in the Shifters Gone Alpha Bundle several months ago. In fact, I loved it so much that I wanted to share my thoughts on this story with you, and NO, I did NOT receive a free copy of this book in exchange for my review. I just love Mills' work, so I read them using the Kindle Unlimited program. These books can be read as standalone novellas but in order to gain maximum enjoyment from the story, I would highly recommend reading the books in order. You will never regret it! Mills never fails to tease, titillate and tantalize her readers with an exceptionally well developed, well crafted and well written paranormal tale filled to the brim with heart-stopping danger, heart-pounding adventure, spine-tingling suspense, heartbreaking angst and sweet, sensual romance. Sigh.......So dreamy! The heroes are always strong, brave, kind, loyal, handsome and most definitely swoonworthy while the heroines are smart, fierce, courageous, independent, dedicated and beautiful. These characters are not only faithful to their mates but are also committed to their friends, family and their cause. These dragon shifters are, quite literally, moden day Arthurian knights protecting the world from evil.

This story features guardsman Liam Drennan from the Golden Fire clan and Hannah McKennon, a lovely white witch who has been victimized by an evil wizard. Liam accompanies Jace, his friend and fellow guardsman, to seek help from the Blue Thunder clan to rescue his mate Melanie from her grandfather, the Grand Draoi of the Dorcha, a coven of wizards and witches who worship demons. During the rescue Liam discovers that Melanie's best friend and fellow witch, Hannah, is his true mate, the one the universe created just for him. Oh my! Love is in the air - again! With the combined efforts of the Golden Fire and Blue Thunder clans, the dragon shifters once again are victorious and manage to save Melanie but at what cost? Cleland, the Grand Draoi somehow escapes but not before he claims another victim. It seems that he still has a few aces up his sleeve and Hannah has become an unknowing pawn in his evil machinations. Will Jace be able to save Hannah before it's too late??? Maybe, but just who will save Jace??? Oh my goodness! Buckle up my lovelies! Here we go again! Handsome, courageous dragon shifter-check! Beautiful white witch-check! Adventure, danger and an evil wizard-check! Heartbreaking angst and heartwarming romance-you bet! That and a whole lot more! I love it! I can hardly wait for the next story in the Dragon Guard Series!

About the Author
Marc Davenport studied chemical engineering and worked as a manufacturing engineer for a number of years before becoming a freelance writer and researcher in 1985. He is the author of Dear Mr. President: 100 Earth-Saving Letters (New York: Citadel Press 1992). He has also written articles that have appeared in Analog Science Fiction/Science Fact, UFO Universe, UFO, and International UFO Library Magazine. He has lectured to audiences around the world and appeared on numerous radio and television programs.

A well researched book and it shows

I bought this book with the hopes of reading more about time travel and it's possibilities which
this book offers up with some interesting, yet controversial possibilities on how future humans,
aliens, or both might be visiting earth during it's past, present, and future. The information in this
book is well researched and documented into an easy to read format that leaves the reader with
enough information to make individual opinions on the subject. The author of this book obviously
has a passion for the subject and that in my opinion makes for a good and interesting read. I for
one appreciate the effort put into this and I now have a more open mind when it
comes to UFO's and other things thought to be "non fact" by the general population. However, I
thought the text could have been written in a more interesting fashion as to grab the attention of
the reader and keep it fresh and interesting during the long drawn out stories of interviewed
people. I sometimes thought this was more of a compilation of other books and articles slapped
into an easy to read manual which to me is not a book. The authors opinions and theories,
however, intriguing they may be, probably could have been written in a chapter or two. I, probably like
many people, think some of the ideas in this book are wrong, but that is to be expected. The
beautiful thing about this book is the author encourages that thought process and openly admits
that statistically some of his theories are wrong. I do recommend this book to a fan of the mystery
that is UFO's and to anyone curious about their origins and purposes. The theories in this book
are by far the best I have read yet and it is a must read for anyone interested in the subject of
UFO's and time travel.
